Russ Lambert is an accomplished multi-talented business executive and attorney with diverse industry experience managing complex operational and financial restructurings and performance improvement turnarounds including bankruptcy avoidance and management, creditor negotiations and settlements, and merger integration and transactional support.
Lambert’s foundational corporate experience includes over twelve years with Westinghouse in a wide range of P&L and staff assignments both domestic and international and his CEO/CRO assignments include leading middle market domestic and international technology, distribution and telecommunications companies through challenging market and operating environments. His cumulative experience uniquely qualifies him as a trusted advisor providing insightful and practical analysis and planning with the ability to quickly transition to Chief Restructuring Officer when needed.
Lambert holds a Doctorate in Juris Prudence (JD) from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Finance and Accounting (honors). He has passed the CPA Exam the Texas Bar Exam. He has also earned the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation from the Turnaround Management Association. In addition to his academic and professional experience, Lambert is a published author of “The Executive’s Guide to the Wireless Workforce”, a case-study book of wireless computing deployments and process improvement.
